Arch Studio 1.4.1

• Fix: scripts/lint.sh and scripts/check-plugin-namespace.py read repository files as UTF-8 and force UTF-8 output for the Python processes they start. This fixes Unicode decode and encode failures under Windows cp1252 defaults without changing Linux or macOS behavior.

Thanks to the community members who reported and helped resolve issues in this release.
