as_search_catalog finds workflow instruction tools and exact-release resources. Its query is optional; kind can be all, workflows, or resources. Results are paginated. as_read_resource reads bounded context using the exact sourceDigest returned by discovery. Let tools/list supply the current input schemas before calling either tool.
