What’s new
- Versioning discipline: the PATTERNS.md versioning rule now covers three artifacts that must move together on every shipped change: the JSON version field, an annotated git tag and a GitHub release built from the changelog section.
- Tags and a GitHub release were backfilled for 1.1.0, so that version can be checked out and linked.
