Bring a brief and Figma design into a Miro workshop
Use Arch Studio with ChatGPT or Claude to review a workplace brief and Figma presentation, then organize questions and next steps in Miro.
- Start with
- An authorized workplace brief, Figma presentation or export, project constraints and the intended Miro board.
- What it helps produce
- A workshop board with space groups, adjacency questions, source links and decisions to review.
Arch Studio + ChatGPT or Claude + Miro and Figma
Connect Arch Studio and the supported Miro and Figma connections to the same assistant. Provide an authorized Figma export if direct reading is unavailable. Confirm access to the intended board and permission to create or update its content. If the connection is unavailable, prepare a board outline for manual use.

Try a first task.
An example prompt to adapt with your own brief and inputs.
Use Arch Studio to review this workplace brief and Figma presentation for a Miro workshop. Identify space groups, adjacency questions and missing inputs. Link questions to the relevant Figma frames or supplied export; do not change the design. Show me the proposed board outline. After I approve it, use the available Miro connection to create the agreed content on this board, then reopen it and check the result. If you cannot access Miro, give me the outline for manual use.
The full catalog lives in your assistant once Arch Studio is connected. Ask: Norma, what can you do? List the skills, tools, agents and workflows available in this host, grouped by practice area.
How the work comes together.
Structure the brief with Arch Studio
Use the workplace programming method to identify spaces, capacities, constraints and unresolved adjacency questions.
Explore workplace programs →Review the Figma presentation
Read the authorized Figma frames or supplied export against the brief. Keep source links with observations and questions; do not modify the design.
Build the reviewed board in Miro
ChatGPT or Claude presents the proposed frames and content. After approval, it uses its authorized Miro connection to create the board content.
Check the board and capture next steps
Reopen the board to check the agreed content. Review the workshop findings, then use Arch Studio to record the next steps.

An example sequence to adapt. Each step needs the inputs, host capabilities and review described by its skill; this is not a prevalidated automated pipeline.
Use it in your practice.
Start with the first skill, review its output and deliberately carry the relevant records into the next step. Add your firm’s templates, review responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
Make it your own.
Bring your standards, source material and review criteria. Define the expected output and where a person checks the work, then adapt the method as your practice learns. Keep firm-specific instructions in your studio, outside the installed plugin, so updates preserve your work.
