What the report distinguishes
Observed conditions
Norma describes only evidence in the inspected notes and images and keeps photo references attached.
Reported information
Norma identifies statements by participants separately from directly observed work.
Limits and follow-up
Norma records inaccessible or concealed conditions as not observed and keeps proposed actions separate from confirmed findings.

- Read — Norma reads the authorized notes and inspects the photos.
