Meeting minutes
Turn meeting notes into a clear, source-linked record.
What it does
Give Norma notes, a transcript or meeting source files. Norma drafts minutes that separate what was discussed, what was decided and what is only proposed. You choose any actions or decisions to carry into other records.
Install
Connect Arch Studio in Claude or ChatGPT, then return to your conversation and ask Norma for the task. Your assistant uses its available file access and tools to carry out the skill.
Versions and source
Arch Studio 1.5.1.2 · MCP
Available as MCP workflow instructions in compatible Claude and ChatGPT connections. The assistant performs the work with its own tools and permissions and verifies the actual result before reporting completion.
Arch Studio 1.5.1.2 · Open source
Included in the public plugin for Claude Code and Codex. In this version: Meeting minutes — Turn notes or transcripts into sourced minutes with decisions, action candidates and open questions.
Usage
Ask Norma in plain language. With Arch Studio connected through MCP, no $ or / command is required. Norma is your assistant working with Arch Studio.
Use Arch Studio to prepare minutes from this note: “Team chose the oak sample. Maya will request an updated quote; no date agreed. Client approval is still pending.” Keep the team decision, proposed follow-up and client approval separate. The full catalog lives in your assistant once Arch Studio is connected. Ask: Norma, what can you do? List the skills, tools, agents and workflows available in this host, grouped by practice area.
What the minutes distinguish
Discussion and reported information
Norma retains the meeting context and identifies attribution gaps instead of inventing speakers or attendees.
Decisions and proposals
Norma separates meeting-confirmed decisions from proposed decisions and unresolved questions.
Follow-up actions
Norma identifies proposed tasks with known owners and dates. Saving minutes does not automatically add those tasks to the register.
Workflow
- Read — Norma reads the meeting evidence and establishes event dates and coverage.
- Draft — Norma separates discussion, decisions, proposals and open questions.
- Review — You review the minutes and select any items to promote.
- Record — Norma saves the authorized minutes and verifies the document.
Pairs with
Task registers. Norma can add the specific follow-up actions you select to the project’s task register.
