Proposal

Draft a project proposal with clear services, fees and terms.

What it does

Give Norma the services, deliverables and proposed commercial terms. Norma drafts the proposal and marks missing details for confirmation. You review the proposal; creating it does not send it or record client acceptance.

Install

Connect Arch Studio in Claude or ChatGPT, then return to your conversation and ask Norma for the task. Your assistant uses its available file access and tools to carry out the skill.

Versions and source

Arch Studio 1.5.1.2 · MCP

Available as MCP workflow instructions in compatible Claude and ChatGPT connections. The assistant performs the work with its own tools and permissions and verifies the actual result before reporting completion.

Arch Studio 1.5.1.2 · Open source

Included in the public plugin for Claude Code and Codex. In this version: Proposals — Draft and register project proposals, protect issued terms and record evidenced commercial lifecycle changes.

Usage

Ask Norma in plain language. With Arch Studio connected through MCP, no $ or / command is required. Norma is your assistant working with Arch Studio.

Use Arch Studio to draft a proposal for two design workshops and a summary report at a USD 5,000 fixed fee. Leave the schedule to confirm. Show the draft for review and do not send it.

The full catalog lives in your assistant once Arch Studio is connected. Ask: Norma, what can you do? List the skills, tools, agents and workflows available in this host, grouped by practice area.

What the proposal includes

Scope of services

Norma lays out the services and deliverables from your brief and keeps exclusions visible.

Fees and payment terms

Norma records the proposed fees, fee basis and supplied payment terms. Missing dates or commercial details remain to confirm.

Terms and acceptance

Norma assembles draft terms from authorized inputs and applicable originals, with an acceptance section for review.

Revisions and lifecycle

Norma preserves issued terms and records explicit sending or acceptance evidence. A change to protected terms gets a new revision.

Workflow

  1. Draft — Norma prepares the proposal from your scope and commercial inputs.
  2. Review — You review the draft and supply or confirm missing terms.
  3. Register — Norma registers the authorized document and checks the saved version.
  4. Revise — When you request changed issued terms, Norma prepares a new revision instead of overwriting the issued proposal.

Pairs with

Agreement. Norma can carry accepted proposal terms into the project’s agreement context when you request it.
