- Skills across nine plugins: due diligence (NYC landmarks, DOB permits and violations, ACRIS, HPD, BSA and a combined property report), site planning (environmental, mobility, demographics and history), zoning analysis (NYC zoning analysis and a 3D zoning envelope viewer), programming (workplace programmer and IBC occupancy calculator), specifications (CSI MasterFormat outline specs), sustainability (EPD parsing, research, comparison and specification), materials research (product research, spec extraction, schedule cleanup, image processing, master schedule and SIF crosswalk), presentations (slide decks, color palettes and image resizing) and a dispatcher (the /studio router and /skills menu).
- Seven rules for units and measurements, code citations, the professional disclaimer, CSI formatting, terminology, output formatting and transparency.
- Three hooks: a post-write disclaimer check, a post-output metadata stamp and a pre-commit CSI spec lint.
