# Materials Library storage and portability

## Hosted module storage

Product records, revisions, selections and provenance: Neon PostgreSQL. Hosting region: not configured in this environment; hosted module rollout is pending.

This environment has no activated private image-storage disclosure. Capture observations, provenance and source/image URLs are retained as structured database records; linked images are external, and image bytes are not claimed as stored.

Only verified members of the owning firm can access module records. Stored module records are used only for the requested module operations, never for training, general product improvement, corpus building or cross-firm analysis.

## Retention, deletion and full export

Records remain while the firm account exists, including while Materials Library is off. The firm has a right to full portable export and deletion on firm-account deletion or firm request. Operator export/deletion and private-image handling require their verified service rollout; automatic organization-deletion integration remains pending. Contact f@alpacalabs.co for a full export or removal request. CSV and its evidence sidecar are library-view exports, not a complete archive.
