## What it does

Give Norma the source files and the project they belong to. Norma preserves received filenames and source information, places the files using the project’s rules and verifies their registration.

## Usage

Ask Norma in plain language. With Arch Studio connected through MCP, no $ or / command is required. Norma is your assistant working with Arch Studio.

```text
Use Arch Studio to receive this consultant PDF into the selected project. Preserve its filename and issue date, link it as a revision of the previous registered document, and verify the stored file.
```

<a id="capability-scope"></a>

## What it preserves

### File identity

Norma retains received names and the internal structure of supplied packages.

### Document context

Norma records the known issue date, originator, kind, scope and original source. Arrival date does not replace an unknown issue date.

### Revision history

Norma links revised documents to earlier records without overwriting the prior source.

<a id="capability-method"></a>

## Workflow

1. **Identify** — Norma resolves the project and missing document coordinates.
2. **Register** — Norma places and records the authorized files.
3. **Verify** — Norma reopens the registered record and checks the actual saved files.
